We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Euro Projects Recruitment. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for leading all proactive business development and account management of a mature revenue stream worth £3m-£5m on an annual basis.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively drive new business activities to win new orders and new customers.
- Build, lead, and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing customers.
- Grow the order book through targeting long-term sustainable revenue growth.
- Work collaboratively with engineers and project teams to develop new and innovative technical solutions for customers.
- Proven track record of sales performance, including winning new business and development of key accounts.
- Experience of providing high-quality tender/bid submissions.
- Commercial astute to interpret contract terms and conditions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and project teams.
- Good length of tenure within their career.
- Experience of selling into the UK rail sector or selling products that are electrical/control systems/SCADA/systems engineering focused.
- Salary commensurate with experience plus bonus.
- Company car or car allowance.
