Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar, overseeing the execution of campaign content across various channels.
- Analyze product campaign performance and compile detailed reports.
- Oversee homepage content management, including layout and testing strategies.
- Act as the custodian of brand identity, ensuring consistency in tone and creative execution across all marketing efforts.
- Stay informed on relevant brand narratives and market trends to enhance brand reach and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with e-commerce, buying, and marketing teams to align all marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Creative Asset Management:
- Coordinate with buying and marketing teams to approve product selections for major campaigns and photoshoots.
- Manage the production and artistic direction of both e-commerce and editorial photoshoots, including budget oversight, scheduling, and team direction.
- Guide freelance graphic designers in creating marketing materials and homepage updates.
- Source campaign assets from third-party brands to complement our offerings.
- Work with the marketing team to provide necessary brand assets for their campaigns.
Trade Marketing:
Lead the trade marketing initiatives with third-party brands to achieve revenue goals and foster collaborative creative projects.
Candidate Profile:
- Possess a natural flair for creativity with a strong understanding of current market trends.
- Ability to make informed creative decisions based on data and customer insights.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
- Experience in managing creative teams and crafting comprehensive briefs.
- Proven track record in developing campaign proposals for executive approval.
- Demonstrated experience in managing marketing projects and budgets effectively.
- Ability to leverage data and KPIs to shape brand strategy.
- Familiarity with multi-brand e-commerce retailing, particularly within the sports, fitness, or fashion sectors, is advantageous.
