Job Title: MHE Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MHE Supervisor to join our team at DP World. As an MHE Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our warehouse and material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of MHE and warehouse facilities to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Develop and implement training programs for MHE operators to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze MHE driver audit data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Health and Safety Manager to develop and implement effective training programs.
  • Investigate and report on accidents and near misses involving MHE.
  • Organize and maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in MHE operations and safety management.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy and experience with training software.
