Teaching Opportunity in Preston

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teacher to join our team at a well-established primary school in Preston. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and a passion for raising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching the UK curriculum to Year 5 students
  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans
  • Assessing student progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
  • Supporting students with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a UK school
  • Experience of teaching the UK curriculum and delivering high-quality lessons
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students, as well as support staff
  • Strong application of resources, including ICT, to enhance student learning
  • Confidence in creating an inclusive learning environment and supporting students with EAL and SEN
