Job Title: Traffic Marshall
We are seeking an experienced site operative with a Traffic Marshall ticket to join our team on a civils project in Leigh, Tonbridge. As a Traffic Marshall, you will be responsible for coordinating plant operators, site traffic, and ensuring that all movement of people and plant is carried out safely and efficiently.
You will also be involved in general site duties, including maintaining a safe and tidy site, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards. To be successful in this role, you will need a valid CSCS Card, a recognised Traffic Marshall / Banksman qualification, and full PPE - Orange.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate plant operators and site traffic to ensure safe and efficient movement of people and plant
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
- Develop and implement site-specific safety procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with site teams to ensure a safe and productive working environment
- Monitor and report on site safety performance and identify areas for improvement
