Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage reports to provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders
- Support customer requirements for stock-related challenges and act as the key link between operations and the wider IT community
- Lead the development of systems to improve operational efficiency and provide analytical support for labor planning, headcount, and productivity
- Accountable for delivering stock integrity and managing related KPIs across all contracts
- Develop best practices and standardize control processes with the operations team
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure first-class operational delivery and stock integrity
- Lead on development of systems to support user experience and enable audit governance
- Design and implement action plans to increase quality, inventory accuracy, and service quality
- Experience with Manhattan WMS or other WMS systems
- Third-party logistics experience desirable
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to communicate complex information
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Leadership skills and ability to build a positive team culture
