As part of one of the largest fully integrated DC teams in the country, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of retirement planning for businesses and individuals alike.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-size to large clients, providing expert guidance on DC governance and promoting our comprehensive suite of services.
- Collaborate with senior consultants on complex client engagements, leveraging your expertise to deliver impactful solutions.
- Review and refine work produced by analysts and junior consultants, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Mercer's rigorous standards.
- Manage budgets and commercial relationships with clients, fostering strong partnerships built on trust and mutual success.
- Provide valuable insights and support to internal Mercer teams regarding defined contribution issues, contributing to our collective knowledge base.
- Proactively identify opportunities for revenue generation within existing client accounts, expanding the scope of services provided.
- Assist trustees and sponsors in effectively managing their DC pension arrangements, ensuring compliance and optimal outcomes.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in DC pensions consulting or a related field.
- Commitment to pursuing professional qualifications such as PMI, CII, CFA, or IMC.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and concise interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Project management experience is highly desirable.
