About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Executive to join our team at ECW Search. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with major retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) to ensure targets are met through sales data analysis, budget management, and pricing strategy implementation.
  • Collaborate with finance and sales teams to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Lead the execution of a digital-first strategy to elevate brand presence and consumer engagement.
  • Support New Product Development (NPD) launches by collaborating with marketing, R&D, and sales teams.
  • Play a key role in supporting and co-leading high-impact projects focused on accelerating growth for the brand.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer development roles within FMCG, beauty, or health categories.
  • Experience managing P&L and working with major retail partners is preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, digital marketing expertise, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
