Job Summary:

Calco Services Careers is seeking a highly experienced Site Engineer to join our team on a prestigious £40m viaduct project as part of the HS2 development. The successful candidate will play a key role in the successful completion of the project, supervising sub-contractors, assistant and site engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of sub-contractors, assistant and site engineers to ensure the successful completion of the project.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of the project, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of heavy civils and structures.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
