Credit Controller

Nixon McQuade is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team in Craigavon. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our credit control activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Monitor and manage credit limits, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Identify and pursue opportunities to improve cash collections and reduce debt
- Collaborate with the finance team to achieve targets and KPIs for cash collections
- Referral of accounts for debt collection and legal action, as necessary
- Manage outstanding debtors and resolve customer service queries efficiently
- Previous experience in credit control or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
