About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to support the Associate Director of Quality Governance in our Quality Governance team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Associate Director, ensuring the smooth operation of the team and the delivery of high-quality services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Associate Director of Quality Governance, including managing diaries, organizing meetings, and preparing correspondence.
  • Ensure the effective management of the Associate Director's Outlook inbox, responding to emails and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate the work of the Quality Governance team, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both electronic and manual, to ensure that all documents and records are accurately stored and easily accessible.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including photocopying, scanning, and binding documents as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
