We are excited to announce a fantastic new job opportunity as part of our national recruitment campaign. Statim Healthcare is seeking dedicated and compassionate RMN/RGN Nurses for temporary to 3-month fixed contracts, with potential for extension.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with Statim Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in our East Midlands facilities. Your duties will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating evidenced-based interventions, as well as providing a nursing service to patients while taking account of cultural and spiritual beliefs/needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate evidenced-based interventions required, including health promotion within the NHS framework.
  • Provide a nursing service to patients while taking account of cultural and spiritual beliefs/needs.
  • Be responsible for the appropriate risk assessment of service users, providing effective advice, guidance, and decision-making process.
  • Responsible for coordinating the care and assessment under the care coordination approach.
  • Ensure a high standard of nursing in the application of clinical nursing procedures and treatment, including administration of drugs.
  • Participate in the setting of quality standards, including auditing, monitoring, and reviewing of clinical practice in line with current clinical guidance practice and policy.
Requirements

We are looking for experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN) who are passionate about working with older adults who experience dementia. You will need to have a Degree/Diploma in a related field, RGN (Registered General Nurse), or RMN (Mental Health Nurse) qualification. You should be confident and calm under pressure, with the ability to seek guidance when needed. Strong understanding of the English language (verbal and written) and clear and concise communication skills are essential. Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and work under pressure, leadership skills to support and develop junior staff, caring, empathetic, and willing to go the extra mile, and creative and fun-loving are also required.
