Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Employment team at G2 Legal Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional legal expertise to our clients.

  • Business Development: Develop and nurture client relationships, leveraging existing networks and contacts to drive new business opportunities.
  • Networking and Events: Engage in industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance the firm's reputation and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Employment Law Expertise: Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of employment law matters to corporate clients and individuals, including complex employment cases and employment documentation.
  • Case Management: Handle all aspects of the employment/tribunal process, including drafting Particulars of Complaint and Grounds of Resistance, attending Preliminary Hearings, and preparing witness statements and trial bundles.
  • Client Support: Liaise with company commercial and corporate departments to advise clients on employment issues associated with share and asset (TUPE) sales.
