Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their claims are processed efficiently and effectively.
- Negotiate with third-party insurers to secure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Liaise with repairers to obtain updates on vehicle repairs and ensure timely completion.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their claims are progressing as expected and address any concerns they may have.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
