Job Title: Production Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Administrator to join our team at Vistry Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing efficient production plans and schedules to support our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of production plans and schedules to ensure timely and efficient production of products.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, production status, and sales orders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide regular production status updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Transport and Logistics Manager to ensure smooth delivery of products to customers.
  • Support the Customer Journey by providing commercial, order process, and aftersales service.
  • Work closely with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 team to ensure accurate and efficient use of the ERP system.
  • Provide reports and information to management and stakeholders to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or AX2012 in a manufacturing and/or logistics environment.
  • High level of mathematical ability, problem-solving skills, and a methodical and logical approach to production planning support.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of material requirements planning and ability to manage production deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficient level of skill with conducting an array of IT tasks and staying up-to-date with required software.
