We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Night Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach. As a senior staff member, you will provide Christian leadership and support to our 26-bed residential care service.
This role involves working three nights per week, including weekends, on a three-week rolling rota. You will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing the care provided to service users, and ensuring high professional standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Assess service needs and develop effective care plans
- Supervise and support staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain standards
- Administer medication and manage medication administration
- Promote equality and effective communication among service users and staff
- SVQ 3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in medication administration and team management
- Basic computer skills and ability to use care management software
- Christian faith and ability to work within a Christian ethos
- Membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC
