Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced In-House Construction Lawyer to join our small but growing legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice on non-contentious construction matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising on commercial agreements.
- Experience with NEC-based contracts and bespoke terms
- Strong commercial awareness and decision-making skills
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience, and a strong track record of working in the construction industry.
