Job OverviewWe're seeking a motivated and people-first individual to join our Retail team in Edinburgh Seafield. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and advise them on high-value purchases.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish great relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Determination and motivation to work towards KPIs and sales targets.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Flexibility to work full-time (38.5 hours per week), including weekends and bank holidays.
- Competitive salary: £28,000 achievable on target earnings.
