About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at Soho Farmhouse, a luxurious wellness retreat nestled in the heart of Oxfordshire countryside.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional spa treatments to our members and guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a sense of community and camaraderie among colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring continued growth and excellence in the role.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 or equivalent industry-related qualifications.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile spa facility (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Flexibility to work varying shift times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
