Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, scanning and weighing pallets, and efficiently moving pallets within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading trailers in a safe and efficient manner
  • Scanning and weighing pallets to ensure accurate inventory management
  • Moving pallets within the warehouse using a FLT Counterbalance
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety practices
  • Working collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • Valid Forklift Counterbalance License
  • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in loading/unloading trailers
  • Familiarity with pallet scanning and weighing processes
  • Strong awareness of health and safety practices within a warehouse environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a warehouse environment, lifting and moving heavy pallets. A high level of physical fitness is essential for this role.
