Mobile Commercial Heating Technician - Facilities Management Company - Central Belt - Competitive Salary

CBW Staffing Solutions is excited to present a new opportunity for a mobile commercial heating technician to join a dedicated contractor on a permanent basis, primarily covering the Central Belt region. This role is with a company that specializes in the facilities management sector, serving a diverse range of clients. While most work will be within the Central Belt, there may be occasional travel required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform services, repairs, and maintenance across various commercial properties.
  • Conduct reactive maintenance for the client’s portfolio of properties.
  • Independently manage smaller installation projects.
  • Maintain and repair various systems within a portfolio of contracted buildings.
  • Diagnose and identify faults and failures in equipment.
  • Order and install parts or components as necessary.
  • Engage in both reactive and planned commercial maintenance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong client relationships.
Person Specification:

Commercial heating qualifications – COCN1 CORT1 CIGA1 TPCP1 and 1A ICPN1.

Proficient in servicing and troubleshooting commercial heating appliances using electrical testing equipment.
Demonstrated ability to use initiative to solve problems in challenging situations.
Completion of an industry-standard apprenticeship.
Possession of a full clean driving license.
Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to support the role and team members.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Capable of operating handheld electronic devices.

Package:
