Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Risk Compliance Manager to join our team at Career Legal. As a Risk Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for providing additional capacity and resource to our firm's Head of Risk and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Risk and Compliance with day-to-day risk and compliance queries
  • Deal with escalated queries from the wider team
  • Prepare and provide training on regulatory and other risk and compliance topics
  • Assist and support the business with onboarding queries
  • Collate and analyse new client and matter information for monthly reports

Requirements:

  • Previous legal risk and compliance experience at Supervisor/Manager level
  • Degree educated
  • Strong understanding of the SRA Codes of Conduct and AML regulations
  • Ability to commit to a 6m or 12m fixed-term contract
