The Education Network Newcastle is seeking experienced and passionate Cover Supervisors to work in Secondary Schools within the Northumberland area. Our clients need your help to mitigate the effects of teacher sickness and absence on children's education.
Role Overview:You will be responsible for covering lessons in the absence of a teacher, ensuring the class stays on task with their work, managing the classroom, and helping students with their work as needed. We require individuals who are flexible, reliable, and passionate about education.
Requirements:- Experience of working with children/young people within the past 2 years
- Valid DBS certificate or willingness to apply for one
- At least two referees (including at least one child-based reference)
- Passion for education and helping children reach their full potential
