Engineering Assessor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Engineering Assessor to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As an Assistant Engineering Assessor, you will be responsible for performing technical inspections and assessments of engineering assets against agreed codes, standards, specifications, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out technical inspections and assessments under close supervision and against defined specifications.
- Assist in producing reports, certificates, and documents to an agreed format.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and presentation of reports as required.
- Assist colleagues in delivering services to internal and external clients, including creating and maintaining technical file systems.
- Contribute to the development of technical files and reports.
- Experience in a mechanical engineering, pressure vessels, welding, fabrication, or materials background.
- Knowledge of ASME or PED 5500 codes and standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
