Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a dynamic retail environment? We're seeking a Sales Assistant - Customer Advisor to join our team at Cotswold Outdoor, part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group.

About the Role

As a Sales Assistant - Customer Advisor, you'll play a vital role in creating a premium and inclusive shopping experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and wants
  • Modeling our company values and working collectively to create an outstanding customer experience
  • Participating in training opportunities to develop and maintain your product knowledge
  • Maintaining a high level of store and stockroom standards
  • Identifying opportunities for add-on sales
