Job Overview
**About the Role**
Creative Personnel is seeking a highly skilled AV Field Engineer to join our client in London on a permanent basis. This is a field engineering role mainly in Central London, with the occasional requirement to travel outside of the city. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, communicating effectively, and ensuring the smooth operation of AV systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and maintenance for AV systems in Central London and surrounding areas
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with clients to understand their AV needs and provide solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and trends

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in AV field engineering or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and technologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly
