Your Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and Educate: Deliver high-quality instruction across a range of further education courses, ensuring each student reaches their full potential.
- Lead and Innovate: Take ownership of the development within a specific subject area of the curriculum, guiding your students and peers with your industry knowledge.
- Manage Programs: Lead and coordinate course teams, overseeing a study program from its initial planning stages through to delivery.
- Engage in Research: Undertake significant research and consultancy activities to ensure our curriculum remains at the forefront of industry needs and advancements.
- Master Classes: Share your advanced knowledge through master classes, enriching the learning experience for our students.
- Assess and Support: Utilize appropriate assessment methods to evaluate student performance, ensuring learning and teaching goals are met and accurately recorded.
- Course Verification: Oversee the verification process to maintain the highest standards in course delivery and assessment.
What We Seek:
- A deep passion for brickwork and a commitment to excellence in education.
- Proven experience in brickwork, coupled with a strong background in teaching or industry.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate course teams effectively.
- A creative and innovative approach to teaching, with the capacity to inspire students at all levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with students, staff, and industry professionals.
- A relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one) and experience in curriculum development are highly desirable.
