  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve outcomes and colleague experiences
  • Support and input into projects, tests, and trials that require a different approach to merchandising
Requirements
  • Experience in motivating and leading a successful team
  • Clear focus on future planning to influence decision-making
  • Ability to champion change while building strong relationships
  • Excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Category management and store merchandising experience
