We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team in Rochdale. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our solicitors and play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to solicitors, including typing correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Manage reception duties, including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and handling mail and packages.
  • Use Case Management System - TIKIT (P4W) to manage client cases and maintain accurate records.
  • File all incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain filing and administrative systems.
  • Arrange teleconferences with local, regional, and national law firms, as well as other constituencies, as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all cash movements, producing information as required.
  • Exhibit a good level of flexibility and teamwork, supporting colleagues where required and undertaking training where appropriate.
  • Assist with all other general administrative tasks.
