Project Architect Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to join our team at CV Library. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for working on a range of projects from inception to completion, creating detailed designs using Revit / AutoCAD, and liaising with the design team to ensure projects run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  3. Design and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  4. Manage and maintain project documentation, including design files and project reports.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  1. ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect with experience in the housing or residential sector.
  2. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  3. Excellent communication and project management skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  5. Proficient in Revit / AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
