The Role:

This position supports the Store Management and team in achieving the store's goals by providing inventory control, back-of-house maintenance, and related housekeeping activities. The Stockroom Controller is a key member of the store team and must be a professional, detail-oriented person with a sense of urgency and motivation.

Responsibilities Include:

The person is responsible for:

  • Processing deliveries, transfers, and returns of stock
  • Performing daily stock counts and brand checks
  • Performing stock takes
  • Maintaining database and reconciling actual stock count with systems
  • Maintaining the stockroom areas in a neat and orderly manner, in keeping with the Company's Operational and Safety policies

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store
  • Excellent communication skills, in order to establish and coach a high-performing team. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
  • A positive can-do attitude, with contagious enthusiasm
  • Ability to embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy
