About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Jobwise Ltd. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide timely responses to customer requests
  • Process orders and create sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinate orders through the manufacturing process and update customers on the status of their orders
  • Arrange order deliveries with couriers and haulage companies
  • Update records on our system and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist with marketing efforts and help to develop new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
