We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Theatre Nurse / Practitioner to join our team at Appoint Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in a theatre setting, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Develop and implement effective rostering and scheduling systems to meet the needs of clinics and theatre lists.
- Conduct regular audits and investigations to ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and review patient charts to ensure accurate data and high-quality care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- NMC / HCPC registration with no restrictions.
- At least 2 years' experience working as a Lead Theatre Nurse / Practitioner in a similar setting.
- Previous experience in a private eye or hospital setting is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of clinical practice and awareness of current developments in Optometry.
