We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Outpatient team at Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Limited. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care, demonstrating a patient-centered approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery, communicating effectively and maintaining open lines of communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring that individual needs are met and exceeded.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
- NMC registration and current practicing certificate.
- Previous experience working within a surgical ward, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexible and positive attitude, with a warm, considerate, and empathetic character.
