About the Role

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a skilled Electronic Gaming Host to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our electronic gaming customers feel welcomed and cared for.

You will be the face of our business, working hard to create a fun and engaging atmosphere that exceeds our guests' expectations. Your passion for people will be applied to the role to create a memorable and entertaining experience.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with regular customers, understanding their playing style and preferences to tailor the experience to their needs
  • Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service across leisure, food, and beverage
  • Keep customers informed of the latest developments in electronic gaming and our online offer, with the goal of them becoming members of Grosvenor Online
  • Ensure proactive compliance with all regulations, particularly for alcohol licensing conditions, food safety, and promoting safer gambling
