  • Respond to customer requests for hot and cold food and beverages throughout the day.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Assist with food preparation and cooking in a sanitary manner.
  • Support with stock management and ordering.
  • Keep accurate records for meal services and kitchen maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Fundamental knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene.
  • Basic understanding of catering practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work varied shifts and locations.
  • Good understanding of food production and hygiene standards.
  • Capable of maintaining cleanliness in kitchen equipment and service areas.
