About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist or Forensic Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to the development of bespoke assessment and intervention plans for individuals with autism and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to design and implement individualized plans that promote positive outcomes for our service users.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide expert psychological advice to inform treatment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of our service's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic).
  • Registration with the HCPC and BPS.
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with adults with autism and complex needs.
