About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our Site Services team at Higgins Group, a leading developer in urban regeneration, residential, social housing, and education.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Site Services and Aftercare team with various tasks, including installation of temporary plumbing works and permanent mechanical tasks.
  • Key responsibilities will include ensuring all M&E plant and equipment is installed to the highest standard and safety compliance, as well as maintaining a safe working environment and carrying out regular inspections.
  • The individual will also be responsible for maintaining accurate daily site diaries, requesting PPE, and ensuring accurate documentation is available for company records.
  • Additionally, the role will involve maintaining and inspecting tools and equipment, issuing daily FORS paperwork, and complying with company policies and procedures.
About You

We are looking for an individual with great efficiency in building client and company relationships, who possesses good communication skills, mechanical knowledge, and a PHMES plumbers card/CSCS Card.

  • The ideal candidate will have a driving licence, Gas safe certification, and Thames Water approved/institute of plumbers certification (desirable but not required).
