Position Overview: As a Supportive Caregiver at HC-One, you will play a vital role during our night shifts, where kindness is at the core of everything we do. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met. Your tasks will include assisting with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support.

Delivering Compassionate Care: Your commitment to providing heartfelt care will ensure that our residents maintain their dignity and individuality. Whether you are helping someone with mobility challenges, offering emotional support to a resident in distress, or providing end-of-life care, your focus will always be on their well-being.

Safeguarding and Training: Recognizing the signs of potential abuse, harm, or neglect is crucial in this role. You will be required to attend safeguarding training and understand the procedures for reporting any concerns. Continuous training will be provided to ensure you are equipped to handle various situations.
