At Mondelēz International, we're passionate about creating delicious snacks that bring joy to people around the world. We're looking for a talented and driven individual to join our Process Technology, Innovation and Productivity (PTIP) team as an R&D Planning and Global Logistics Specialist.

Your Impact:

  • Import & Export Expertise: You'll be responsible for managing all import and export activities related to ingredients, equipment, and packaging for our R&D team. This includes ensuring smooth global movement of edibles, including dairy products, packaging materials, and specialized equipment.
  • Strategic Planning Champion: You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining the master plan for all pilot plant trials and activities. You'll be the go-to person for planning requirements, reviewing trial requests, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Material Management Specialist: You'll track stock levels of essential pilot plant ingredients and consumables, ensuring timely replenishment while minimizing inventory costs. Your data analysis will support material planning and budget requirements.
  • Safety & Quality Advocate: You'll actively contribute to our safety agenda by implementing a 5S program in your designated area and fostering a culture of safety within the R&D department. You'll also champion our sanitation quality policy, ensuring daily compliance and continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of import/export regulations, logistics management, and inventory control. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. A passion for food innovation and a commitment to safety and quality are highly valued.
