As an Assistant Store Manager at Poundland & Dealz, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of both your team and our customers. You will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and excelling in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume a key role in driving sales and creating an engaging customer experience.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to support the team and achieve commercial objectives.
- Manage new colleague inductions and collaborate with supervisors to drive ongoing training and development.
- Lead daily huddles to communicate and achieve sales, service, and shrink targets.
- Ensure all products are priced, merchandised, and maintained to ensure store efficiency.
