Experience:
A senior trades qualification or equivalent, with over 5 years of site experience, preferably in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or data centres.
Technical Expertise:
Comprehensive understanding of site operations, Mechanical, HVAC, Building Services, and the ability to interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Leadership Skills:
Proven experience as a Trade Leader, with knowledge of materials management and lead times.
