Role Purpose:

As a Mechanical Engineering Lead, you will be instrumental in managing and coordinating on-site operations, guiding teams of Mechanical Engineering experts to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

Experience:

A senior trades qualification or equivalent, with over 5 years of site experience, preferably in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or data centres.


Technical Expertise:

Comprehensive understanding of site operations, Mechanical, HVAC, Building Services, and the ability to interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings.


Leadership Skills:
Proven experience as a Trade Leader, with knowledge of materials management and lead times.

Exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, commercial awareness, and a client-oriented mindset.
