About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Cockenzieandportseton, a leading supplier of products used in infrastructure projects across the UK and overseas.

This is a newly created role where you will be responsible for spearheading the growth of our most popular brands, expanding market share and brand health.

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for all brand-related tasks, from customer surveys to strategic brand development and launches. Your role will include planning, recommending, and implementing brand communication campaigns, analyzing and reporting results, KPIs, and ROI across the teams.

You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute brand strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform brand development and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand communication campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results, KPIs, and ROI to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Work closely with product owners and technical colleagues to ensure CCPI compliance and best practices are implemented and followed across all assets.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role responsible for branding.
  • CIM certificate (level 3 or above).
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a wider marketing team.
  • Experience with budget management and social media platforms.
