We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team at CV Technical Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our facility and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and manage a health and safety culture across sites, ensuring all activities comply with regulations and guidelines.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to, maintaining a high level of employee motivation and engagement.
- Lead and champion projects that deliver improvements to site performance and employee engagement, creating and presenting reports detailing site performance to all team members.
- Maintain T&A records for Site, ensuring all absence is managed effectively in line with company policy.
- Ensure material stocks are managed and used effectively, maintaining manufacturing compliance to standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Leader/Manager or relevant role leading a team focused on manual processes.
- Familiarity with company policies, legal guidelines, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Good knowledge of IT systems and experience of driving through successful improvement and change management projects.
- Proven experience of root cause analysis and putting permanent fixes in place.
- Ability to interpret and understand KPI's and data.
