About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding Workplace Consultancy Practice at Computacenter. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our clients' IT infrastructure strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior IT management and C-level customers to understand their IT infrastructure needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the growth of our Professional Services business by leading large, multi-disciplinary teams of pre-sales consultants.
  • Take the lead technical role on complex, enterprise-scale projects, from campaign/advisory to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain our services portfolio to support our solutions business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain an active and engaged technical community.
  • Provide hands-on evaluation of emerging technologies and research into relevant IT market themes and trends.
  • Engage in technical assurance, quality assurance, governance, and customer satisfaction of pre and post-sales consultancy engagements.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft client and server infrastructure and cloud architecture, supporting complex enterprise customer environments and digital transformation.
  • Knowledge of M365, Directory Services, Modern Management, Identity Management, and Intune, with a focus on Microsoft Teams Unified Collaboration and Microsoft Teams Voice architectures.
  • Broad knowledge of Workplace solutions, including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and their associated management portals.
  • Good understanding of certified Microsoft Teams Room on Android and Microsoft Teams Room on Windows hardware platforms from leading market vendors.
  • Understanding of Resource Booking systems, Room Scheduling panels, and Digital Signage.
  • Knowledge or awareness of Contact Centres and adjacent emerging Smart Building systems, including IoT devices, automation systems, and energy management solutions.
