King and Moffatt is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join our Design team. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Model and coordinate mechanical and electrical designs to minimize site rework.
- Attend weekly internal model and design team meetings, as well as project BIM meetings with main contractors.
- Ensure the latest models, drawings, and designs from stakeholders are used and notify engineers and site teams of any changes.
- Generate Revit models from senior engineers' outputs and create Revit families where manufacturer files are not available.
- Manage clash reporting and resolution between disciplines.
- Maintain ACC/BIM360 cloud models and reporting.
- Provide technical assistance to project teams as needed.
- Integrate cloud point surveys and ensure compliance with project BIM documentation.
- Comply with EHSQ policies and procedures.
- Previous Revit MEP experience in construction/building services.
- Relevant qualification in BIM or Mechanical/Electrical engineering beneficial.
- Ability to communicate professionally and timely in person and via email.
