Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Kenton Black Ltd. As a Freelance Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert quantity surveying services to our clients in the civil engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quantity surveying services to clients in the civil engineering industry
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure accurate measurement and estimation of construction costs
  • Prepare and submit detailed quantity surveys and estimates to clients
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in quantity surveying within civil engineering
  • Strong knowledge of highways projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
