Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and plan the workload for the software team, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting project deadlines.
  • Provide line management duties for the team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Demonstrate leadership and administration of the sprint process, ensuring effective project planning and problem-solving.
  • Ensure essential research, company QMS, and technical journals are maintained, and that the team is up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
  • Project planning, problem-solving, and scoping, ensuring the successful development of scalable firmware and software using a methodical approach.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience using modern C++/JUCE.
  • Proficiency in Git and CI/CD.
  • Application Development Architecture and UI Design knowledge.
  • Experience in designing and developing GUI Components.
  • Understanding of audio software.
  • Proficiency in software engineering fundamentals.
  • Managerial experience.
  • Proven and effective team management skills.
  • Agile/Scrum/Sprint planning methodologies.
  • Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, capable of maintaining close relationships.
  • Musical instrument experience/keen interest in music.
