Bar Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at Warner Leisure Hotels. As a Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling payments, and working collaboratively with the Front of House Team to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
  • Handle payments and operate cash registers
  • Work with the wider Front of House Team to provide a clean, safe, and secure environment

Pay Rates:

£9.97 per hour for 18-20 year olds, £11.44 per hour for 21+ year olds

Experience and Qualifications:

You don't need experience to join our Food & Beverage Team. We will provide the training and support required to ensure you are great at what you do.

Working hours are on a rota over a 7 day period and could include evenings and weekends (depending on role). We aim to offer flexibility where we can, including full or part time hours.
