As a key member of the engineering team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our assets. You will collaborate closely with facility teams, work preparation specialists, and various functional departments within SUKEP to ensure seamless turnaround execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance and support across all phases of SUKEP Turnarounds, encompassing planning, execution, and completion.
  • Conduct thorough technical reviews, audits, and assessments to guarantee compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Support the operation of SUKEP facilities on an as-needed basis, providing on-site engineering expertise during critical maintenance activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with facility teams and work preparation specialists, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the turnaround process.
  • Interface seamlessly with all functional departments within SUKEP, ensuring alignment and coordination across all aspects of the project.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a Chartered Engineer certification, demonstrating your commitment to professional excellence.
  • Hold a minimum TA3 qualification, showcasing your specialized knowledge in turnaround engineering practices.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Discipline Controls and Assurance Framework (DCAF), ensuring adherence to rigorous safety and quality protocols.
  • Possess proven experience working on assets and equipment for maintenance turnarounds, with a deep understanding of their operational requirements.
  • Exhibit a thorough grasp of turnaround processes and practices, enabling efficient and effective project execution.
